About My Story How To Get Healthy

Hello, how are you all my friends and F.B friends. I'm Tony Leong, just want to let you all know about my health and weight now. Previously i'm a IT Technician. That time, my weight is 90kg (my x boss always calling me fatty,shh... don't tell them for who's know my x boss) and i have diabetes type 2(use medicine to control blood glucose), Hepatitis B(Active). Now my weight and health totally change, my weight now is about 72kg, my diabetes is under control without taking any medicine. My HEPATITIS B from Active to NON-Active. Healthy Drinks

There are many options for what to drink, but without a doubt, water is the best choice: It's calorie-free, and it's as easy to find as the nearest tap.
Drinks that are loaded with sugar are the worst choice: They provide lots of calories and virtually no other nutrients. Drinking them routinely can lead to weight gain and increase the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Other drinks have pros and cons, but in moderation, can fit into a healthy diet:
  • Coffee and tea: These are calorie-free, as long as you don't load up on the sugar and cream. They are safe for most people and may even have some health benefits.
  • Artificially sweetened drinks: These have no calories—a plus—but their long-term effects on weight and health are unknown, so it's best to limit them, if you drink them at all.
  • 100% fruit juice: Fruit juice has vitamins, but it is high in calories, so stick to no more than a small glass (four to six ounces) a day.
  • Milk: Milk is also high in calories, so there's no need to drink more than a glass or two of low fat or skim milk a day, and less is fine, if you get your calcium from other sources.
  • Alcohol: Alcohol is both a tonic and a poison, and the difference lies in the dose and the person drinking it; moderation is key.

Healthy not only overweight or underweight people need it, everbody also need it.Our body have a toxic waste, these waste have been accumulated in our body for the past years.These toxic waste come from the water, food and air that we drink, we eat, and we breathe, plus thousands of man made chemicals which are overly present in our environment and in the products we use/in contact with, such as shampoo, laundry detergent, cleaning agents, etc. We have to clean out these toxic waste in our bodies.

-I had introduce this Nutrision 1,2,3 to one of my friend. He told me, myself and my wife don't want to eat your healthy product, because we are so healthy now. But for my opinion, you are the tobacco smoker and your wife body is a bit overweight, some more the food and water that you eat and drink, and the air that you breathe is it healthy? He never answer my question.

-Another one of my friend, i had introduce the Nutrision 1,2,3 to him. He answered me, i don't want to eat any Nutrision 1,2,3 because the food i eat all is organic. I'm so healthy now he said. I asked him, how about the water and the air, you drink and you breathe,is it healthy? He also can't answered my question.

-One of my uncle, always complained to me about his leg pain. Each time that have incoming new stock, he will do the superman job, move the boxes here and there. After moving the boxes, the next day his leg will become very painful. He just take the medicine to cover the painful. I had ask him, why don't you try to prevent better than to treatment ? I had introduce him to try the Nutrision 1,2,3,but also no answer from him.

I had introduce this Nutrision 1,2,3 to my friends, but in their mind, this only a nonsence Nutrision 1,2,3. Yes, now is nonsence, because you have no health problem. When you have a health problem, find medicine, find doctor and find specialist doctor to treat your disease. Come on friends, why still wasting your time, try to think about it and please get me helpful for you all. Think healthy, change your meal to Nutrision 1,2,3.
