Hello, how are you all my friends and F.B friends. I'm Tony Leong, just want to let you all know about my health and weight now. Previously i'm a IT Technician. That time, my weight is 90kg (my x boss always calling me fatty,shh... don't tell them for who's know my x boss) and i have diabetes type 2(use medicine to control blood glucose), Hepatitis B(Active). Now my weight and health totally change, my weight now is about 72kg, my diabetes is under control without taking any medicine. My HEPATITIS B from Active to NON-Active. Good Feeling & Good Heart Helping people Health

Hi, i'm Tony Leong from MALAYSIA, Kuala Lumpur. Why i use this Word as a title "Good Feeling & Good Heart Helping people Health"

In past 1 year ago, if i have money in my wallet, i will invest some money to the lottery to get rich, but always invest money in lottery also cannot win the prize. My father start to study the buddhist teaching, everytime i and my family go back to Rawang to visit him, he always telling me to do more of charity or donation to helping people, don't invest a lot money in lottery, if you do more charity or donation is for your own good and your family future, when you do a charity or donation don't hope to get back any prize or money from someone else my father said. My father watching one VCD Monk speaking about buddhist, the story is start from this people, before he become a monk, he have meet one master monk in the street to ask him do a charity or donation, that time he also no money in the pocket, only enough to cover a day use, he talk to the master monk, then master monk tell him, if have heart to do a charity or donation, is no need a lot money. The master monk ask him, in your pocket have 1 cent or not, then he say, yes i have, then the master mont say, thats 1 cent is enough, 1 cent also counted have do a charity or donation. My meaning is, if you use your heart to do charity,donation or helping people as you like do donate, is not counted how big money you can donate out if you not really have heart feeling. So now, every month i will donate RM30- RM50 to helping people really need it. I already one and the half years never buy any lottery. It is great.

Not only that, i also have helping people get their health back, i'm not a doctor, i'm not a salesman to selling product, i'm just sharing my story to the people, let them know about their healthy or not healthy. Use the eye to look people, we cannot say you have health problem, even this person the body is so fat, but use the heart to talk to him about he or she body is so fat, you in a high risk of unhealthy. Last time i though fat people is unhealthy, but for thin people also is unhealthy, thin people also can get blood block even he have exercise, so active person. Why like this, because is the FOOD you like to eat, is not your body like to eat. So in MALAYSIA  have a lot of people have diabetes,hearts problem,stroke,constipation and many many disease. Use the normal eye cannot see through you healthy or unhealthy, is only you will know your own body is healthy or unhealthy.

I had helping one Indian friend, he have heart problem, he never smoke or drunk, but also can get heart problem, why like that ? because the food he like to eat, what kind the food you eating now, after 5 years you will get what kind of disease inside your body, i have invite him to my place because i want him get healthy, almost 3 month but always give him reject me. I ask him to my place is in march, that time he also have using the healthy product is A company, he told me he healthy now because i have using healthy product then he reject me, Until end of April, i call him again, his wife tell me, his heart problem when to hospital, i invite him again after he come out from hospital, he told me again, i have using healthy product from A company, i know you is trying promote your healthy product to me, want to earning money from me, all the direct selling is like this he said. That time when he talk to me like that, i really sad. I'm telling him, i'm not selling any product to you, i'm not direct selling product to you, I'm just direct sharing the health story to you, i'm just care about your health, i'm using my hearts to bless and helping you get back your healthy body. after that i never call him,Before end of June, he call me, he want come to my place to discuss about his heart problem with me, he told me on early of July want to do a operation in hospital about his heart problem RM22,000 cost. We just can give him program and ask him serious follow the program to eat the right thing can give him more energy when after do a operation, the magic come true, after 3 1/2 days he follow the program i teach, doctor ask him go home, no need to do the operation, he is very happy. Now he trace me is his "angel" now, because his story, he use his heart to sharing his story to his friend, now he have helping a lot Indian friend heart problem and get healthy back, when that time, his wife say thanks to me, i really feel so happy and proud. Can i say that, don't wait until your body engine have problem then go to find the solution to solve it. Everybody need health, if one product you use almost a years also have health problem, please stop it. Look for other.

My Daughter Please, Don't Go

What did you feel, if suddenly your daughter be like this, if suddenly the disease bring her life go, How hurt you are, can you except this tradegy at your family member. Myself have one daughter, i will not let this happen to my family especially my wife, my daughter and myself. Imagine the video real story, there are happy family, suddenly the disease attack to their daughter, daughter already sick, doctor say only left 135days life, the daughter sickness day by day become worst and worst and worst. How their parent feel, What their parent can do, is nothing can do......is nothing, the parent say we don't want anything, they just want back their daughter life, don't bring her go. Only looking their daughter day by day suffer and suffer and suffer. What i'm going need to say, don't let the disease to attack one of our family member before late. Take care you and your family health. when our body is healthy, our body is a good specialist doctor in the world.

If i'm a father inside the video, i won't let this happen to myself. I won't let my wife and my daughter lost their husband and father. I won't let the disease to attack me. Negative self-talk increases stress. Positive self-talk helps you calm down and control stress. With practice, you can learn to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. For example:

"Everything is going wrong." "I can handle things if I take one step at a time."
"I hate it when this happens." "I know how to deal with this; I've done it before."
To help you feel better, practice positive self-talk every day — in the car, at your desk, before you go to bed or whenever you notice negative thoughts.
Having trouble getting started? Try positive statements such as these:
  • "I can get help if I need it."
  • "We can work it out."
  • "I won't let this problem get me down."
  • "Things could be worse."
  • "I'm human, and we all make mistakes."
  • "Some day I'll laugh about this."
  • "I can deal with this situation when I feel better."
Remember: Positive self-talk helps you relieve stress and deal with the situations that cause you stress.

Emergency Stress Stoppers

There are many stressful situations — at work, at home, on the road and in public places. We may feel stress because of poor communication, too much work and everyday hassles like standing in line. Emergency stress stoppers help you deal with stress on the spot.
Try these emergency stress stoppers. You may need different stress stoppers for different situations and sometimes it helps to combine them.
  • Count to 10 before you speak.
  • Take three to five deep breaths.
  • Walk away from the stressful situation, and say you'll handle it later.
  • Go for a walk.
  • Don't be afraid to say "I'm sorry" if you make a mistake.
  • Set your watch five to 10 minutes ahead to avoid the stress of being late.
  • Break down big problems into smaller parts. For example, answer one letter or phone call per day, instead of dealing with everything at once.
  • Drive in the slow lane or avoid busy roads to help you stay calm while driving.
  • Smell a rose, hug a loved one or smile at your neighbor.
Finding Pleasure
When stress makes you feel bad, do something that makes you feel good. Doing things you enjoy is a natural way to fight off stress.
You don't have to do a lot to find pleasure. Even if you're ill or down, you can find pleasure in simple things such as going for a drive, chatting with a friend or reading a good book.
Try to do at least one thing every day that you enjoy, even if you only do it for 15 minutes.
  • Start an art project (oil paint, sketch, create a scrap book or finger paint with grandchildren).
  • Take up a hobby, new or old.
  • Read a favorite book, short story, magazine or newspaper.
  • Have coffee or a meal with friends.

Like most skills, relaxation takes practice. Many people join a class to learn and practice relaxation skills.
Deep breathing is a form of relaxation you can learn and practice at home using the following steps. It's a good skill to practice as you start or end your day. With daily practice, you will soon be able to use this skill whenever you feel stress.
  1. Sit in a comfortable position with your feet on the floor and your hands in your lap or lie down. Close your eyes.
  2. Picture yourself in a peaceful place. Perhaps you're lying on the beach, walking in the mountains or floating in the clouds. Hold this scene in your mind.
  3. Inhale and exhale. Focus on breathing slowly and deeply.
  4. Continue to breathe slowly for 10 minutes or more.
  5. Try to take at least five to 10 minutes every day for deep breathing or another form of relaxation.

Healthy Drinks

There are many options for what to drink, but without a doubt, water is the best choice: It's calorie-free, and it's as easy to find as the nearest tap.
Drinks that are loaded with sugar are the worst choice: They provide lots of calories and virtually no other nutrients. Drinking them routinely can lead to weight gain and increase the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Other drinks have pros and cons, but in moderation, can fit into a healthy diet:
  • Coffee and tea: These are calorie-free, as long as you don't load up on the sugar and cream. They are safe for most people and may even have some health benefits.

About Health

Healthy not only overweight or underweight people need it, everbody also need it.Our body have a toxic waste, these waste have been accumulated in our body for the past years.These toxic waste come from the water, food and air that we drink, we eat, and we breathe, plus thousands of man made chemicals which are overly present in our environment and in the products we use/in contact with, such as shampoo, laundry detergent, cleaning agents, etc. We have to clean out these toxic waste in our bodies.

-I had introduce this Nutrision 1,2,3 to one of my friend. He told me, myself and my wife don't want to eat your healthy product, because we are so healthy now. But for my opinion, you are the tobacco smoker and your wife body is a bit overweight, some more the food and water that you eat and drink, and the air that you breathe is it healthy? He never answer my question.

-Another one of my friend, i had introduce the Nutrision 1,2,3 to him. He answered me, i don't want to eat any Nutrision 1,2,3 because the food i eat all is organic. I'm so healthy now he said. I asked him, how about the water and the air, you drink and you breathe,is it healthy? He also can't answered my question.

-One of my uncle, always complained to me about his leg pain. Each time that have incoming new stock, he will do the superman job, move the boxes here and there. After moving the boxes, the next day his leg will become very painful. He just take the medicine to cover the painful. I had ask him, why don't you try to prevent better than to treatment ? I had introduce him to try the Nutrision 1,2,3,but also no answer from him.

I had introduce this Nutrision 1,2,3 to my friends, but in their mind, this only a nonsence Nutrision 1,2,3. Yes, now is nonsence, because you have no health problem.
